Seraphina's Masquerade Gown

EDIT: Managed to finish this more quickly than I expected! I originally wanted to make it glitter, but the texture just wasn't working out so I gave up. Anyways, most of the description is up there, pretty much!

This is Sailor Seraphina's gown for the Autumn Masquerade at . It's got a lot of butterfly motifs, as well as a flower reminiscent of her planet symbol; the overall shape (halter with a cape) was inspired by a dress I saw on Project Runway. I really wish I made the cape poofier, but what's done is done.
