Sailor Moon-Inspired Dress

The other day I was looking through *shadow-inferno’s very helpful coloring tutorial, and I came across this really cool tip: if you want to color with colored pencils on a pencil drawing but you fear the nasty smudges, outline the pencil lineart with the colored pencil first.
That’s basically what I tried out in this one. I actually kinda like it.
But if you want to try this, remember that your colored pencils need to be really sharp to outline the pencil lineart.

Sorry for the clumsy details; this was drawn on a spare 3 x 5 index card. I’m working on my line steadiness too.
